RAIN BOOT MINIS

My Rain Boot Mini’s were a fun little project early last Summer and they were so much fun!  While I do have a sprinkler on hand to let the kids play in, I do add some rain overlays in photoshop.  So if you have a little one that isn’t super interested in actually getting wet, no problem!
