I’m almost there!!!!    I have 13 shoots and 2 weddings left and then I’m 100% TOTALLY caught up….on editing that is :-) 

 This weekend was hard.  Knowing that the Sedlaks were in town, but knowing that I needed to stay at my apartment and edit- it wasn’t super fun.  I did run over to Ryan’s parents house so that I could see them when they got into town on Friday night, but that was it!   While I was there we discussed the Holy Family with Bella.  Trying to explain the whole “joseph is not technically the baby daddy” thing to a 2 year old is a waste of time.  We also couldn’t remember the names of the Wise men….so they were referred to as Wise man #1, Wise man #2 and Wise man #3.   Then Brady attempted to smash the Manger with his giant head and tried to eat the entire Holy Family, the Wisemen and the donkey, so we moved on :-) 

In my editing frenzy- I’ve had the TV on random channels.  I never really pay attention  to it- but that all changed today.  Have you guys ever seen Bridalplasty???  On E??  Holy H-E Double hockey sticks!  This show is NUTS!  No joke- if you get voted off at the end of the show, their closing line to you is “Your wedding will go on, but it will not be perfect.”  Seriously???  If you win a challenge you are referred to as the “Top Bride”, but whoever wins the whole thing, at the very end, will be known as the “Perfect Bride”……… Um yeah……… Perfect Bride with  a bag of emotional and self esteem issues, more than likely a long history of daddy issues, no ability to smile due to Botox and a 80% chance of divorce or infidelity in the first year.  

Anywho- no reason for this post.  Just figured I would do a quick post since I’m overdue.  I haven’t had any shoots- so I have no pictures….sorry :-(    I do have 3 shoots coming up this week- so I will have sneak peeks later in the week.   I have a shoot in St. Louis on Tuesday morning and then I’m off to Kirksville- yayyy!!  This year is going to be fun because not only is it our “on” year, but we also have Kaitlin’s baby shower on New Years Eve.  This means that everyone (except for some of the boys who have to work during the week) will be home that whole week between Christmas & New Years……this could get interesting :-)
