I made it :-) 

After doing a wedding (a very fun wedding because the grooms side is from Kirksville , woo hoo!)  last night, trying to fit all my camera & computer stuff into carry on bags (success), attempting to go to bed last night around 11:30 (failed miserably) and getting up at 3:30, out the door by 4:30, car parked, through security and at my gate by 5:20 for my 6:00 flight….. I eventually made it.

Last night I did that whole thing where you don’t actually sleep because you’re so worried about over sleeping….so you just don’t ever fall asleep.  Yeah- it was awesome. 

SOOOO then came the difficult part.   I had to catch a connecting flight from Atlanta to Panama City.   My flight was scheduled to arrive in Atlanta at 9:00 and my connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:30…. (Atlanta is an hour ahead)

Atlanta is the busiest airport in the nation…….. my flight arrived at concourse A and my connecting flight was at concourse D……and the VERY END of concourse D. 

Anywoo- I made it to Panama City (nice airport by the way) and my mom & dad came to pick me up and rushed me to Seaside! 

oh, hello you two! Thanks for saving me a seat :-) This was strange....normally I'm looking for a grouping of 12-14 chairs, not just 4, ha!

I’m here and I plan on enjoying every single day.   It’s raining right now….but even rain is relaxing :-) 

OK- I’m off to go shower and get ready for dinner.  LOTS of sneak peeks coming tonight and I also plan on returning emails tonight.   Yes- I will be working A LITTLE bit on vacation.

P.S.- to my family, it is kinda weird without all of you here :-(  VERY VERY VERY relaxing (a.k.a no screaming kids, to spit up running down your chest, to time out’s, no strollers, no naps, no diaper bags, ha!) but we do wish everyone was here.  I guess we’ll have to just suck it up ;-)
