{Mr & Mrs. Franzen}

I may or may not be tipsy right now.   See, that’s the problem when I don’t get post up  before I go do anything on weekends.   If I don’t get them up before I go “out”, then I will try and get them up when I get home because these days, I generally get home a decent hour and can still try and get work done…..because I’m old and all my friends have babies.   I don’t have babies, but I’m totally on the same page with the whole not being able to stay out till 3:00AM anymore.  It’s not even 11:00 (now that I’ve uploaded all the pictures, it’s 12:00…but when I started the post it was 11:00….not that it matters) and I’m SO EXCITED for bed.   Seriously- isn’t that one of the best things?!?!  Crawling into bed when you’re SO tired.  It’s magical :-)

I’ll move on….it’s the wine talking….

So last weekend I shot a super cute wedding for Mr & Mrs. Bennett & Allison Franzen.  It was at a cute little vineyard (I love a good vineyard) in Washington, MO and the whole day was perfect.  It was a bit “steamy” out, but other than that….perfection!     Everyone was so great to work with and I can honestly say that I don’t think we had one hiccup the whole day (at least on my end).    A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to Chrissie Neely for assisting me!!!  Thank you so so so so so much :-)  It was a hot, muggy day and she was such a trooper!   I would say my first wedding of the season was a success!  Congratulations Allison & Bennett and thank you again for letting me be the one to capture this very special day in your lives :-)

P.S.- you get to see a TINY sneak peek into my new “Photo Booth Hour” that I’m now doing at my weddings (if time permits).  For now, I’m just putting this one picture on the blog, but I’ll put them all on facebook in a day or two.  Sound good?  awesome :-)
